Mission & aims
Our mission is to provide the best possible education for the children of Adswood within a supportive community setting, thus enabling them to feel a sense of belonging and worth.
We aim to do this by:
- Promoting such values as honesty, trust, mutual support and self-respect, whilst adopting a caring attitude towards each other, our belongings and the place in which we live and work
- Providing equality of opportunity, within a secure, positive, happy and stimulating environment where adults and children alike can share in the joy of teaching and learning
- Having high expectations of all in relation to both work and behaviour, encouraging perseverance and taking pride in the achievements of individuals and the school.
- Working in partnership with parents and other professionals for the good of the child.
